Reserve / Pay / Pick Up Interested parties, who have been in direct contact with me regarding an available goat, have 5 business days to submit their down-payment in order to reserve a goat. Typically, a 50% down-payment is required to reserve a kid. All down-payments are non-refundable. Down-payment can be made via cash, money order, certified check or friends and family PayPal account. Remaining unpaid balance must be paid in full prior to or at time of pick up via cash, or friends and family PayPal account. Transportation/transport expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Will transport the first 50 miles free, $25 for every 50 miles there after within a reasonable distance. Rights and Responsibilities All goats purchased can come with registration applications for ADGA, AGS, and NDGA, with the exception of wethers. Paperwork for them is upon request only. Registration, transfers, and all other associated fees for the goat being purchased is the responsibility of the buyer. Adult goats are already registered and it will be the buyers responsibility to transfer ownership with the registries and pay the fees associated with that. Once a goat purchased and removed from the farm and out of our care, we can no longer assume responsibility for the health of that animal. You have the right to have any goat you purchase from us examined by a Veterinarian, here on our property, at your own expense, prior to pick up. If, upon this pre-purchase examination, the Veterinarian finds the animal to be unsound, a full deposit refund will be given and the purchase agreement of said goat will be considered null and void. |
